The safety wire is designed not to allow the moving robot to
operate when the wire detects a collision or accident in which the
moving robot and a worker collide with each other when the equipment
is operating automatically or under maintenance.

Points for improvement: When the safety wire detects an obstacle
as the moving arm alternates between the right and left sides, the
motorized movements on left/right sides and up/down need to be
stopped and the brake system needs to be activated.
